Lymba Survey Analyst is a natural language processing (NLP) tool to help analyze free-form responses to surveys for both customer and employee satisfaction. It identifies key concepts and relationships that occur frequently throughout the responses. Lymba Survey Analyst does this by detecting semantic relationships between concepts, and by clustering similar words and phrases. These abilities, combined with traditional statistical approaches, help the user to uncover trends, patterns and attitudes in survey responses.

The system has the ability to upload new employee survey data sets, allow for multiple user logins, and provide export capabilities once a user has completed a work session.
