Lymba FAQ Matcher
Lymba FAQ Matcher is a matching module that attempts to map a user's utterance into a list of frequently asked questions at a customer site. The Lymba FAQ Matcher module uses question processing technology embedded in the PowerAnswer™ system, which is scaled to work in real time using chunk level features instead of full parse features. The Lymba FAQ Matcher module also uses answer matching features that are part of the answer ranking module in PowerAnswer.
